What Access Includes: Purchasing a WakVic program gives you immediate personal access to all digital materials within that course — written modules, frameworks, destination content, operational tools, and any supplementary resources included at the time of purchase. Access is tied to your account and is not transferable to another person or organization.
Evaluation Period: From the date of purchase you have five days to assess whether the program matches your current development needs. This window is for reviewing structure, depth, and approach — evaluating whether the content covers the right territory at the right level for where you are in your practice. It is not intended as a window to complete the course before requesting a refund.
Usage Conditions: Once you have accessed more than 30% of a program’s content the course is considered in active use and is no longer eligible for a refund. This applies regardless of how much of the program you have completed or how much time has passed since the purchase date. Partial completion does not qualify for a partial refund.
How to Request: Contact our support team from the email address associated with your account. Include your order reference and the program name. No extended justification is needed — account verification and usage data are sufficient for us to review and process the request.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. You will receive written confirmation from our team within 48 hours of submitting your request.
